Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea is getting out of jail almost three months early. The early release follows standard procedures for all inmates.

Bollea is getting released early because he earned credits for good behavior and for working. Bollea has been serving an eight-month sentence in a Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida for reckless driving that led to an accident with injuries.

A jail official revealed that inmates automatically receive credits toward early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits.

Bollea was sentenced for his role in a car accident last year in which his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, was seriously injured.

George Tragos of St. Petersburg, Florida, who is John Graziano's lawyer, said he is not surprised to hear that Hogan is getting out early as it is standard procedure.
