Hulk Hogan's Estranged Wife Cashing In On His "O.J." Comments

Hulk Hogan's "O.J." comments are costing him more than he bargained for. The retired professional wrestler's estranged wife wants an additional $8,200 a month because she fears for her life.

According to Linda Hogan's request in Pinellas County, Florida, she claims that she needs another $8,200 a month so she can move "thousands of miles away" from the man she married in 1983 because she feels she is in "imminent danger of becoming a victim."

Hulk Hogan's estranged spouse Linda has criticized him for saying he understands why men kill their wives. The TV personality - who filed for divorce from the wrestler in 2007 because of his alleged affairs - is infuriated with her husband's recent comments.

She said: "Hulk's serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future. Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates."

The wrestling legend - real name Terry Bollea - admits he "understands" OJ Simpson, the star who was accused of killing his wife Nicole Brown and her alleged lover Ronald Goldman in a jealous rage in 1994. OJ was found not guilty of the two murders.

Hulk is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with his wife Linda, 49, and is struggling to come to terms with her relationship with a much younger man and moving of his marital home.

Nick Hogan Leaves Jail After Serving 166 Days

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea has been released from jail. The 18-year-old - who was sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading no contest to charges of reckless driving following a car crash in August 2007 which left his best friend John Graziano in a critical condition - was allowed to leave Florida's Pinellas County Jail Tuesday after serving 166 days.

Nick, who was released early for "good behavior", was greeted by his sister Brooke Hogan, who had been busy planning what to do when Nick returned home.

The 54-year-old former WWE star - real name Terry Bollea - separated from Linda Bollea last November after 23 years of marriage and admits their bitter war of words has taken its toll on him.

Hulk - who in his career faced a host of fearsome opponents, including Andre the Giant, Earthquake and The Rock - told Us Weekly magazine: "Without a doubt, this is the most formidable opponent I've ever run into. You talk about dirty tricks. Brass knuckles, steel chairs, cheap shots, tripping people up. I've never seen anybody in the wrestling business that has more dirty tricks than she does. I guess I taught her well."
