Ashlee Simpson has tuned down a $4 million offer to pose nude for Playboy.

The sexy singer, and sister of "Dukes of Hazzard" star Jessica, was approached by the world famous men's magazine to strip off in their pages.

"Sin City" beauty Jessica Alba has ended her feud with Playboy. The actress wanted the magazine to pull its March issue after they used a picture of her - wearing a bikini and standing next to the headline "25 Sexiest Celebrities" - on the front cover without her consent.

Alba was also worried that readers might be led to believe she appeared nude or partially nude inside.
