Who would have thought shock jock Howard Stern would ever decide to settle down and let go of his bachelor days? Somehow it's become a reality, but let's see how long this will last.
The 53-year-old surprised his girlfriend of seven years, Beth Ostrosky, with the most romantic Valentine's Day gift by popping the big question. On Tuesday, he asked his lady to marry him, and to Howard's delight, the 34-year-old said "yes."
However, Howard asked his girlfriend to marry him in an unusual way, by telling her she had to strip naked for him if she wanted her Valentine's Day gift.
She hesitated for a bit, thinking she was too "fat," but once in the bare, Howard pulled out his 5.2 carat diamond ring and said, "This is so gay. ... I'm asking you to spend the rest of your life with me."
The shock jock told his radio listeners that he doesn't plan on getting married anytime soon and would like to have a long engagement instead.
Howard has been married once before, to ex-wife Alison. The couple divorced in 2000. This is the first marriage for Beth.
