Lindsay Lohan's second DUI in two months has Hollywood talking and everyone has an opinion on it.

The 21-year-old starlet's obviously troubled life has highlighted the problems current starlets are facing in the bright lights of fame. Paris Hilton has recently been released from jail, Nicole Richie is facing time and now Lindsay could be in more trouble than her friends combined.

Lindsay was arrested on July 24 with a blood alcohol level of .12 and cocaine in her pocket. She was allegedly involved in a car chase that led to her arrest.

Now, just a few years into a successful movie career, it could all be over. Producers and talent agents in Hollywood are all concerned over the outcome for Lindsay who has made herself an unattractive candidate for a film role. Between her frequent trips to rehab, hard partying and uninsurable lifestyle, roles in films like "Mean Girls" and "I Know Who Killed Me" could dry up.

One agent, who watched clients such as John Belushi and Chris Farley suffer under the bright lights of Hollywood, has advice for the starlet to get her life and career sorted out. Bernie Brillstein said, "I hope they put her in jail for as long as they can. Maybe she'll realize how serious it is. I believe she's uninsurable. And when you're uninsurable in this town, you're done."

A publicist, who does not represent Lindsay, told ABC News, "This makes Paris Hilton's problems look minimal. She's got to get herself in the hands of some very serious rehabilitation specialists for a long period of time. If she's able to make a statement where she accepts responsibility and does whatever it takes to get well, that would be preferable."

Lindsay was wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet to deter her from drinking but was seen at nightclubs frequently since being released from Promises treatment facility in Malibu just eight days ago.

Her lawyer, Blair Berk, released a statement saying, "Unfortunately, late yesterday, I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. "The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."

Lindsay currently has two pre-production films to her name and was learning the Tango during the day to prepare for "Dare To Love Me." Her on-again-off-again role in "Poor Things" with Shirley MacClaine could still go ahead.

Producer Rob Hickman said after hearing news of the latest arrest, "We continue to be enthusiastic in our belief of "Poor Things" and our sole focus is moving this film into production. We expect to announce details on a start date in the very near future."

Lindsay is rumored to be returning to rehab for a third time in 2007. She has been attending AA meetings for over a year, despite being one of the hardest partying stars in Tinsel Town.
