But some of Tinsel Town's hottest male stars are also clashing. But the guys aren't avoiding each other over partying - like Paris and Britney - or boys - like Paris and Lindsay - instead, the actors are fighting over work.
Josh Harnett and James Franco are two heartthrobs allegedly stay away from each other because they are both vying for the same role in a movie.
Both "The Black Dahlia" star Josh and "Spiderman 3" bad guy James are desperate for the lead role in "On The Road" and aren't prepared to become friends before producers have made a decision.
A source revealed that both stars arrived at a London party within minutes of each other and went to separate sides of the room. The spy told TheBuzz, "Josh walked in first with Liv Tyler, and then James got out of his car and strolled in. They crossed paths by the cloakroom and barely acknowledged each other."
Other stars across the pond at the moment enjoying the U.K. summer, include Avril Lavigne, P. Diddy, Madonna and Justin Timberlake.
Josh has been spotted in Ireland with his new girlfriend, former supermodel Helena Christensen.
