Paris Hilton isn't ready to put her jail sentence behind her.
According to reports, the starlet is still bitter about serving time and is pointing the finger at her lawyer, Richard Hutton. While Paris violated her probation on multiple occasions, she believes her lawyer should have kept her out of jail and is seeking legal action against him.
Paris spent 23 days in jail for her crime and was welcomed by a chaotic media scene when she was released on June 26.
An insider says, "The way this case was handled was a disaster. Nobody goes to jail for DUI that long. It was all the lawyer's fault and we're looking into what recourse we have."
However, Paris' publicist Elliott Mintz has allegedly branded the story false.
Another person who isn't happy about Paris' jail time is her sister Nicky. The younger socialite was allegedly furious that she had to return from a Mediterranean vacation with her boyfriend.
Nicky was in Europe for a fashion show but was called back to Los Angeles to put on a "united front" with the Hilton family for Paris' release from prison.
A source told the New York Daily News, "Her parents dragged her back because they didn't think it would be good for the family's image if they didn't show a united front. She loves her sister, but she thinks the whole media circus is ridiculous."
