Hilary Swank says her amazing figure is down to her father's "good genes" and "speedy metabolism."
The Oscar-winning actress wore a stunning figure-hugging black Dolce and Gabanna gown when she co-hosted a dinner with perfume maker Guerlain at London's Almada restaurant on Thursday night.
Hilary insists her toned physique has more to do with her genes than her exercise regime.
She told People magazine, "I think I've been blessed with my father's speedy metabolism. I try and get out as much as I can, but I think in the end I really have to give it up to my genes."
But the "Million Dollar Baby" star - who greeted guests Christian Slater, Mick Jagger and Kid Rock at the star-studded dinner - loves a good work out because she finds it relaxing.
She said: "I really appreciate exercise because I think it's a great stress relief. I do this thing called power Pilates, which I love, love, love."
