Heidi Klum has given birth to a "beautiful" girl.

The German supermodel and her musician husband Seal welcomed Lou Sulola Samuel into the world on Friday (09.10.09).

Heidi Klum has banned her children from jumping on her pregnant stomach.

The 36-year-old model - who raises three kids with husband Seal, and is expected to give birth to a girl next month - took action as she was concerned her exuberant kids might damage their new sister.

The pregnant supermodel - whose raises three children with husband Seal, and is expecting a daughter in October - always piles on the pounds in the last month of pregnancy, but is not worried about shifting her baby weight.

She said: "The last month is unbelievable, how rapidly your stomach goes. It's huge! The thighs, the butt - everything explodes in the end."

Heidi Klum won't have any more children because four are "a lot of work." The 36-year-old supermodel - who is expecting her fourth child together with singer husband Seal - says they will not extend their brood again because they are now "outnumbered" by their children.

She laughed: "We're outnumbered. Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It's a lot of work. We're hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle."

Heidi Klum doesn't rely on "girdle machines" to look slim. The German supermodel - who is currently pregnant and already raises three children with musician husband Seal - insists she gets back in shape after giving birth by simply eating healthily and exercising.

Asked about the time she modeled Victoria's Secret lingerie less than two months after having her son Henry, she replied: "I've never really had any special machines or anything like that. For me, it's really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children and going to the park - normal things."
