It seems like one of the first things celebrities do when they're getting a divorce is relocate and start from scratch. For Heather Mills, though, it's all about makhow much ch-ching she can make in the process.
Reports say that Heather is selling her $800,000 new home - just three months after moving in.
The former model only moved into the renovated shed - which is a short drive from her estranged husband Paul McCartney's 160-acre estate in Peasmarsh, East Sussex - in August.
Friends say the 38-year-old blonde wants to move away from the area in order to make a clean break and claim she is also planning on selling her nearby $2.5 million residence in Hove, purchased in her name in 2001.
A friend of Heather's told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Heather is basically selling up because she wants to move out of the area. Since her split from Paul her life has been played out in public and she wants to live somewhere more private. She is going to pool her assets and buy another house."
Heather purchased the listed barn just nine days after her split form the Beatles legend in May for $700,000, but decided not to move in with her and Paul's daughter Beatrice until all the building work was completed three months later.
She is now set to make a hefty profit from the property, putting it on the market for an extra $95,000, at $800,000.
Meanwhile, Paul, 64, has reportedly offered Heather $25 million for full custody of their three-year-old daughter. The songwriter is hoping the sum - together with an alleged $100 million divorce settlement - will be enough to avoid a court battle with his estranged wife over their child.
