Actress Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from her Bon Jovi guitarist husband Richie Sambora. However, the split was news to Sambora who was informed of the legal proceedings during an interview.
Locklear's representative issued a release on the actress' behalf reading, "After 10 years of marriage, Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from Richie Sambora. This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time."
