Heath Ledger is reportedly dating Australian supermodel Gemma Ward. The 'Brokeback Mountain' star was spotted holding hands with the 20-year-old beauty as they dined with friends at a restaurant in their mutual home-town of Perth, Australia.
The restaurant manager told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "It's pretty obvious they're an item."
After spending Christmas in Perth with her family, Gemma arrived in Sydney on Saturday where she was spotted on a shopping spree, buying a kaftan, a poncho, a beaded wrap and a kimono in the sales.
Heath, 28, has returned to London where he is shooting his new movie 'The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus'.
Gemma is about to make her film debut in 'The Black Balloon', alongside 'Little Miss Sunshine' star Toni Collette.
In September, Heath split from his girlfriend Michelle Williams, with whom he has a two-year-old daughter, Matilda. He has since been linked to Helena Christensen and Lindsay Lohan.
