Girls Aloud Singer Nadine Coyle Splashes Out More Than $1 Million To Turn A Rundown Building Into An Exclusive Hotel

Nadine Coyle is splashing out more than $1 million on a Los Angeles hotel. The Girls Aloud singer - who already owns two bars and a restaurant in the area - is planning to completely refurbish the rundown building and turn it into a hot spot for Hollywood A-listers.

A source said: "She has been searching for the right place for a while. The hotel will be done out with an old 50s Hollywood theme."

"It will be a trendy boutique hotel and she hopes to turn the bar into an exclusive celebrity hang-out."

The 23-year-old star - who performed with Girls Aloud on ITV talent show "The X Factor" on Saturday - plans to make the hotel the first in an exclusive chain.

The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "People think the girls haven't made much money. That was true for a while but it's all changed now."

"Nadine has been especially shrewd. She has two bars and a restaurant and they have been doing really well."
