The Spice Girls are ''absolutely devastated'' over the closure of 'Viva Forever!'.

It was announced last night (01.05.13) that the musical's run in London's West End is to come to an early end on June 29, and the quintet - whose songs form the foundation for the show - are very upset about the news.

'Viva Forever!' - which is based on the songs of the pop quintet and was written by Jennifer Saunders - opened last November and had recently had its run extended to February 2014, but the cast and crew were reportedly told yesterday (01.05.13) that the production on London's West End will finish on June 26.
