Toned "RocknRolla" star Gerard Butler shares his four-step foolproof plan for beating stress as he strikes a casual pose on the cover of Men's Health October issue.
Looking slightly trimmer than his picture on the previous MH March 2007 cover, the "300" star reveals that he hasn't "had a drink in more than 10 years" and how he wanted to be an actor just after seeing a stage production of "Trainspotting" in 1995.
Gerard Butler likes women to make the first move. The "P.S. I Love You" actor insists it shouldn't always be up to men to reveal their feelings first and finds it sexy when women take the lead in a relationship.
He said: "I am for equal opportunities. Why should it be the guy's job to kiss? If a woman wants to kiss she should totally do that. I think it is awesome when women take the lead. I love that idea."
