Charlotte Church thought she was going to die when she began her grueling weight-loss regime. The curvy 23-year-old singer is feeling "sexy again" after losing 12kg in two months, but friends say her new body didn't come easily.

An insider said: "Charlotte works out five days a week and reckons it's the most intensive workout she's ever followed."

Charlotte Church has named her baby Dexter Lloyd. The singer-turned-TV presenter, who gave birth to her second child with rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson on Sunday, has released the boy's moniker on her personal website.

A statement released online read: "Gavin and Charlotte have chosen the name Dexter for their new baby boy. In keeping with Henson family tradition, Dexter will also have the name Lloyd as a middle name."

According to Charlotte's website, both mother and baby are "doing just fine" after the midnight delivery in a birthing pool at the Glamorgan home she shares with her rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson.

Charlotte Church was thrilled when she stopped breastfeeding because she stopped "leaking."

The 22-year-old star - who is expecting her second child with boyfriend Gavin Henson - loved nursing daughter Ruby, now nine months old, but was pleased when she was able to stop.

The website said, "Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson are delighted to announce that they are expecting another baby. The couple are thrilled, as are their immediate families. Meanwhile, Charlotte has confirmed that she will fulfill her commitment to Channel 4 to present the third series of The Charlotte Church Show in July and August of this year."
