Could Britney and Paris' time at the top of the Hollywood ladder be up?
The starlets have received many ill-favored comments from iconic female stars over their recent public behavior and now Jennifer Garner has joined in to lend her two cents.
The mother of one says that she is "appalled" by the girl's trend of wearing short skirts and no underwear.
She says, "I find it always a good idea to keep your knickers on whenever you go out," before adding that she believes it to be a "good idea" for other celebrities to follow lead.
The actress' opinion follows comments made by Madonna and Bette Midler over the excessive partying and fashion choices made by Hilton and Spears.
Appearing on David Letterman's late night talk show, the queen of pop said, "I've been hearing these stories and it's dreadful. I love underpants. I've come to New York and the first thing I hear is that everyone isn't wearing underpants. What's going on? It's freezing outside."
Meanwhile, Midler referred to the "singers" as "sl**s" before adding that they need to start making different choices.
She said, "I've been on the other side to these wild and woolly sl**s that we are seeing around our lives these days and I've taken the other side. I started my life out as pretty wild, but I have decided, after much growing and living, that its time that we got nicer!" <!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7819247354276081"; google_ad_width = 300; google_ad_height = 250; google_ad_format = "300x250_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; //2006-11-04: ECN Bottom google_ad_channel = "2333585574"; google_color_border = "FFFFFF"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_text = "000000"; google_color_url = "008000"; //-->
