The pop diva has sparked rumors she is expecting her first child after a source claimed she and her husband Marc Antony have done "tons of shopping" for baby outfits.

The source is quoted on website MSNBC as saying: "Marc was at Fred Segal [on Melrose Ave in Los Angeles] last week and bought a Guys Infant Gear diaper bag for $120."

Rumor has it that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant. A spy says Jenny from the block and her husband, singer Marc Anthony, have been spotted buying tons of baby clothes.

"He was at Fred Segal [on Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles] last week and bought a Guys Infant Gear diaper bag for $120," says a source. "He said something that made it pretty clear that it wasn't a gift-that he intended to use it."
