Fergie received one of the greatest Christmas present a girl could ask for - an engagement ring from boyfriend Josh Duhamel - and now she is talking about it.
The Black Eyed Peas singer told PEOPLE at the Borgatat Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I'm thrilled."
The singer, who has been honest and talking about her former dark days when she had an addiction to Crystal Meth, added that she is going to keep wedding details under wraps.
She said, "I'm not giving any details. I think [the fine points] are sacred. It's just important to us."
Fergie, who had a successful 2007 with the release of her first solo album, said that 2008 is going to be more about family for her. She said, "In 2008, I just want to have a balance. I've been touring for about four-and-a-half years straight. So for me, I love when I get to go home now and see my dogs."
