No more tears of sadness for Farrah Fawcett, only tears of joy.
After undergoing radiation therapy for cancer, the '60s icon has revealed she has come out of her grueling battle on the other side cancer-free.
The actress said the clear bill has been a huge relief for her and her family, describing the good news as an "extraordinarily happy day for me and my family."
She added, "I hope that my news might offer some level of inspiration to others who unfortunately must continue to fight the disease."
However, Farrah continues to reach out to those still struggling with the disease and has joined efforts with the American Cancer Society to donate a portion of her "Fight The Fight" t-shirts to the organization.
Farrah was diagnosed with cancer in September and finished treatment late last year.
