Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are selling their house.

The singer-and-actress and her Fall Out Boy star husband have put their $4.5 million home in Beverley Hills, California, on the market after deciding it wasn't "kid friendly" enough for their son Bronx.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is worried about her 10-month-old son dating. The singer-and-actress - who has Bronx Mowgli with her Fall Out Boy rocker husband Pete Wentz - is already concerned about what type of women the toddler may bring home.

She explained to U.S. TV series "The Rachael Ray Show": "Pete is definitely overprotective, I know that. And I'm definitely going to be laying the boundaries down."

Pete Wentz is moving his family out of Los Angeles. The Fall Out Boy rocker and wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz are house hunting away from the city as they want to raise their nine-month-old son Bronx in a quieter environment.

Pete said: "Once you have a kid it's a little bit different. You're more protective. You want them to have a normal life, or as normal as possible."

Patrick Stump is worried about his mother's reaction to his arrest. The Fall Out Boy singer was arrested in Beverly Hills last week on a two-year-old warrant for driving without a valid license, and though the star admits the offense, he insists it was accidental.

He said in a statement: "All I really have to say is ignorance of the law isn't innocence. I didn't want to give up my Illinois driver's license and was unaware that was a crime. It is, by the way, in the state of California. Lesson learned. I technically broke a law, so technically I deserve whatever I get.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz called her husband "horrible" during a drunken public argument. The "Outta My Head" star is said to have fought with Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz during his DJ set at his Chicago bar Angels and Kings at a party to mark the venue being open for a year on Saturday.

After aiming a series of series of barbed comments at Pete, Ashlee insisted he take her home early.
