There is no fall out amongst the boys.
Reports have surfaced, originating in The Daily News newspaper, stating that the members of Fall Out Boy are blaming Ashlee Simpson for their lack of Grammy nominations.
The pop-emo band failed to receive a nod at the music awards, despite having a platinum selling album.
However, guitarist Joe Troham has disputed the allegations that the band is blaming Ashlee - bassist Pete Wentz's girlfriend.
Joe wrote on his official blog, "Know that first off, this is what we like to call complete tabloid bulls--t. We don't have any 'pals' that gossip to the tabloids over our business. Those kind of folk are called douchebags, and we don't fraternize with douchebags."
"We also don't blame a certain someone for our lack of a Grammy nod. That's absolutely f--king absurd. This 'poisonous' person that was mentioned is nothing short of awesome, and we fully back her. Everything in Camp FOB is all good..."
Pete, however, has been defending another Simpson family member.
Ashlee's father, Joe, reportedly banned the musician from spending Christmas in Texas with the other Simpson's, including pop star Jessica.
However, Pete has stood up for his girlfriends dad, telling MTV, "I think Joe gets a really bad rap in the press. He's always been nothing but nice to me. He even called me to let me know he expects me to show up for Xmas. So there's no truth to that."
