Another week, another celebrity who breaks the law and gets behind the wheel of a car drunk.
Eve is the latest star to plead guilty to a DUI charge, following in the footsteps of Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan.
The R and B star was not present at the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing, instead her lawyer heard her sentence handed down. The first-time offender has been ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet for 45 days and pay $1,400 in fines. Eve will also be attending an alcohol education program.
She has also been put on 36 months "informal" probation.
Hollywood stars have currently fbeen finding that they are not above the law. Celebs are continuing to get caught intoxicated behind the wheel. Paris went to jail for her crime; Nicole is awaiting trail and Lindsay is in rehab and close to being charged.
