'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria Parker and professional basketball player Tony Parker are celebrating after bosses of X17, a Los Angeles based photo agency issued an apology to the newlyweds. The agency claimed that Parker had an affair with a French model last summer.

Longoria and her husband sued the company for $20 million after the agency ran with the allegations all made by Alexandra Paressant, who claimed she met Parker on his wedding day last July. Rumor is X17 never even met with Paressant to confirm the story.

The agency executives issued an apology on Friday, about four months after the story was published, stating, "X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife."

Parker continues to deny that he even met Paressant.
