Eva Longoria and hubby-to-be have a big wedding present waiting for them when they return from their French wedding - a $2 million check.
The couple has exclusively sold the rights to photos from their upcoming lavish July wedding to OK! magazine. The "Desperate Housewives" actress and the NBA star have been negotiating with publications and have signed a deal with the international tabloid that offered the most money.
A source told the New York Post newspaper, "It was entirely a matter of money, straight up to the final negotiation. Everyone wanted the photos - but everyone knows OK! will pay a lot for them."
PEOPLE had been trying to win the deal, and had reportedly offered to publish the pics in a spread of their sister magazine InStyle, but it was OK! that came up with the big bucks.
Another source told the Post, "PEOPLE editors broke the story of their wedding and were working hard with Eva's reps to secure the picture rights. They were upset about losing the photos."
Eva and Tony Parker will marry on July 7 in France.
