The Spice Girls have been taking pole dancing lessons in a London nightclub.

The reunited girl group - Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Mel C - want to include a raunchy routine on their forthcoming world tour.

Mel C says the Spice Girls tour is "no place for a baby".

The 33-year-old singer - who is the only Spice Girl yet to become a mother - has hit out at her bandmates for bringing their children on tour.

The Spice Girls' comeback video shoot ended in tears and tantrums on Friday. Things didn't go smoothly when the reunited girl group gathered at London's Pinewood Studios to film the promo for their new single 'Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)', with Emma Bunton breaking down when the session ran until 3am because of Geri Halliwell's constant meditation.

Mel B and Victoria Beckham - who flew in from Los Angeles that morning - also disrupted proceedings. Mel constantly complained she was suffering from jet lag, while Victoria insisted on having an assistant follow her around with a supply of fruit and champagne.

Victoria Beckham has been struck down with a chest infection, putting the Spice Girls' world tour in jeopardy. The 33-year-old singer is worried she will not be fit enough to join the other girls for rehearsals in a few weeks time ahead of their performance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at Hollywood's Kodak Theater, which will be aired on November 15. The actual tour kicks off on December 2, in Vancouver, Canada.

A source said: "Victoria can't get rid of her infection. She has been fighting it for two months."

George Clooney has inspired David Beckham to go grey. The soccer star - famed for his ever-changing locks - admits he is starting to go grey but hopes his appearance will soon resemble the Hollywood heartthrob.

David, 32, is quoted as saying: "I've noticed a bit of grey, but as long as it's George Clooney grey I don't mind. George is one of the most handsome men in the world."

Victoria Beckham is furious at Geri Halliwell's plans to perform her solo hits on the Spice Girls' forthcoming world tour.

Victoria, also known as Posh Spice, is determined Geri - who quit the band in 1998 to pursue a solo career - should not be allowed to sing a medley of her hits, which include 'Lift Me Up', 'Bag It Up' and 'Look At Me', when the girls hit the road in December.
