After a hospital scare, Eminem is now "doing well" and recovering at his home. The rapper had been rushed to the hospital for severe pneumonia over the holidays.
"Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, a.k.a. Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detriot-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has been released and is doing well recovering at home," Eminem's publicist, Dennis Dennehy, says.
Eminem's health was first reported by TMZ.com. The site also says that sources informed them the Grammy award winning-artist is also suffering from a heart condition.
The 35-year-old rapper gained fame for his controversial lyrics, usually slamming other celebrities in his songs. He had starred in his semi-autobiographical movie '8 Mile' in 2002.
