It will be the first time Eminem has appeared in court without his wife in quite some time.
The rapper is due to give a statement in an Irish court over a dispute between concert promoters and insurance companies.
Eminem was one of the headline acts at the Irish "Anger Management" concert tour, held at Slane Castle, in 2005. However, the "Lose Yourself" singer pulled out of the show at the 11th hour, claiming "exhaustion."
Eminem's - real name Marshall Mathers - absence from the gig caused the show to be canceled, despite 80,000 tickets being sold within hours.
In the civil action case, concert promoters MCD want $2 million in compensation from London-based insurance companies.
Justice Peter Kelly has refused Eminem's application to give his testimony in private. The rapper will have to disclose this illness at the time of the planned concert. Justice Kelly said that such a privilege would be inappropriate.
Justice Kelly added that Eminem's statement was "possibly crucial" in the settlement.
