Oprah Winfrey had gone solo on the cover of O Magazine for nine years before sharing the spot for the first time with First Lady Michelle Obama. Now, she's chosen a second person who's going to share the cover with her: Ellen DeGeneres.

DeGeneres has been campaigning for the spot on her own television show, including imposing herself on past O Magazine covers and selling autographed copies of O magazine where Ellen signed the name Oprah in her gift shop. Winfrey surprised her with a live via satellite video appearance on Friday's episode of Ellen's show.

Portia De Rossi nearly became a lawyer. The Australian-born star doesn't think she'd have suited climbing the corporate ladder like her latest on screen character, Veronica, in new comedy "Better Off Ted."

Portia said: "I went to law school for a year thinking I was going to do that for a living before I went to acting. To think that career could have been my life is pretty shocking to me."

Denise Richards is struggling to find a new man. The "Wild Things" actress, who is divorced from Charlie Sheen and previously dated rocker Richie Sambora, wants to find love and is tired of being romantically linked to every guy she is seen with.

When asked if she is dating, Denise said: "I am dating-ish. It is hard."

Portia de Rossi is not trying to get pregnant. The "Arrested Development' star - who married talk show host Ellen DeGeneres last year - says rumors she is having in vitro fertilization (IVF) are "completely made up."

She said: "There's a story around right now about me that could not be further from the truth. The IVF story. That was just completely made up."

Madonna and Demi Moore are throwing an Oscars party.

The "Hung Up" singer will again team up with her actress friend and her manager Guy Oseary for a glitzy bash on February 22 following the success of the bash they threw last year at Guy's Los Angeles home.

Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres argue about tea. "Ally McBeal" actress Portia has admitted she often does things that irritate her wife Ellen, blaming her annoying traits on being Australian.

Portia, 36, said: "I do leave half-finished beverages everywhere. I usually have three cups of tea going at once. I'm Australian. That's what we do."
