Pamela Anderson is neither staying married nor divorcing Rick Salomon, she wants him totally erased from her life. The 'Baywatch' babe has filed an annulment to their 4-month marriage Friday.

The 40-year-old blonde actress cited fraud as the reason for the annulment. No other reasons were given.

The former 'Baywatch' star - who filed for divorce on December 14 after just two months of marriage - claimed on December 17 she and Rick were "working things out" but her lawyer filed a proof of service of summons in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 28, taking the proceedings to the next stage.

Pamela Anderson's temporary split from Rick Salomon was caused by her "cosying up" to magician Criss Angel.

The former "Baywatch" star - who filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Friday after just two months of marriage to the professional poker player - had been seen "cosying up to" the illusionist at Las Vegas' LAX nightclub on December 8.
