Eddie Murphy has started the New Year as a married man.

The Oscar nominated actor wed his girlfriend Tracey Edmonds in a private ceremony on an island off Bora Bora.

Mel C says the Spice Girls tour is "no place for a baby".

The 33-year-old singer - who is the only Spice Girl yet to become a mother - has hit out at her bandmates for bringing their children on tour.

Mel B has reportedly ordered her husband to give up his rights to their $5 million marital home. The Spice Girls star, who bought the Hollywood Hills mansion after signing a $20 million deal to reunite with her former bandmates for a world tour, forced husband Stephen Belafonte to declare she is the sole owner of the property.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Mel learned a lot from her divorce from Jimmy Gulzar. The marriage lasted less than a year and he got $1.4 million. She is smart enough to know she has to protect herself and her children."

Eddie Murphy will marry fiance Tracey Edmonds in an exotic location by the end of the year. Tracey, 40, hinted the couple's fast approaching nuptials are going to take place somewhere overseas.

She said: "We're coming close. And I'll say it'll be before the end of the year and someplace far away and fun."

Mel B "terrorizes" her daughters with kisses. The Spice Girl - who has two children, eight-year-old Phoenix Chi, and five-month-old Angel Iris - is in a "very happy" place right now and loves to shower her girls with constant affection.

She said: "I can't go a day without giving them lots of kisses. I terrorize them with kisses."
