A friend of Eddie's told America's OK! magazine: "To see the kid, he'd have to see the mother. Maybe when she's older, Eddie will see Angel, but not now."

Cameron Diaz has ruled out starring in "Shrek the Musical." The actress - who voices Princess Fiona in the animated film franchise - attended the Broadway opening of the musical on Sunday but has no plans to tread the boards herself.

When asked if she would like to play Fiona on stage, Cameron replied: "No. Absolutely not. What they do up there is, to me, impossible. It's wonderful, though. They've done such a great job. They worked really hard, and it really pays off."
