Newly married Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds' marriage is over! People magazine reports that just after two weeks of swapping vows, the two have called it quits already.

Although not legally binding as only residents can get married there, Murphy tied the knots with Edmonds on New Year's Day on a private island near Bora Bora in French Polynesia. They announced their plan on having another wedding upon their return to the U.S. to make it official. However, it looks like they're not going to make it anymore.

According to the magazine, the pair had followed their fairy-tale like wedding with constant arguments that lasted an entire week. They have no plans to reconcile, according to reports.

The publicists for the two have no comment.

This is both Murphy and Edmond's second marriage. The comedian was first married to Nicole Mitchell, which ended in April 2006. Their union lasted 13 years.

Edmonds, President and CEO of Edmonds Entertainment Group, isex-wife of Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. She produces films including 2007's Good Luck Chuck.
