| Socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has kissed Britain's Prince Charles every day since she was four years old. The 37-year-old party girl told British television show "Brush With Fame" she frequently exchanges kisses with the royal, who is currently married to Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. Tara became an instant celebrity when one of those kisses was caught on camera on the ski slopes of Klosters in 1995. She was just 23 years old and Charles was 47. | |
