Drew Barrymore says playing a dog in her new movie felt "right." The actress, who lends her voice to the character of Chloe in hit new animation "Beverly Hills Chihuahua," loved landing a role in the family film because it gave her an excuse to act immaturely.

She is quoted as saying: "Maybe I have not grown up. I am 33 years old and I am doing the voice of a Chihuahua in 'Beverley Hills Chihuahua' and it feels completely right."

"I do not know how you are supposed to feel when you are growing up or how one feels when you are growing up but I still feel young."

Drew recently revealed she was happy being single and was learning to please herself rather than the men in her life.

She said: "My priorities have changed so much. I've been single for months now and I've turned my attention toward my passions, my friends and the causes I believe in. It's been about learning who I am, not through a man, but for myself."

"I'm so happy with where my priorities are right now."
