A disturbing audio conversation between a 911 operator and Donda West's guardians has been made public.
Donda, the mother of R&B superstar Kanye West, died in November after complications following multiple plastic surgery procedures.
Investigations have been made into Donda's death, including questioning with her plastic surgeon, but no official cause has been revealed.
During the 911 call, panicked friends try to save her life, despite no one apparently knowing the CPR procedure.
Throughout the call, the friends of Donda become increasingly frantic and reveal that she has suffered a heart attack in her home.
According to the audio file, CPR was not performed on Kanye's mom until five minutes and 10 seconds into the duration of the call.
On the tape, the unidentified caller asks others in her presence, "Does anyone know CPR?"
After following instructions from the operator, the woman yells, "No, she's not breathing!"
The disturbing phone call escalates when the operator tries to calm the friends down. She says, "You're not listening to what I'm telling you, you're not helping the person."
Kanye has performed sporadically since his mother's tragic passing and has dedicated numerous songs to her.
