Simon Cowell and Donald Trump were voted the best bosses in a new survey by Parade.com.

The 'American Idol' judge and business executive Trump topped the list of the best possible employers, with Trump receiving 31 percent of the vote and Cowell following close behind with 30 percent in the magazine's Careers and Money Survey.
