Never forget to invite your mom to your wedding or she won't be a happy camper.
Pete Doherty's mother is reportedly furious she wasn't invited to her son and Kate Moss' Buddhist alleged "blessing" ceremony in Thailand.
Pete - who reportedly exchanged special rings with Kate during the recent ceremony in Phuket - has angered mom Jacqueline by failing to invite her to the service.
A source told Britain's Grazia magazine, "Pete's mom and dad had no idea about this blessing. They are stunned he'd do it without saying anything. His mom in particular is really upset. She was in tears when she heard they might have married. She is concerned that at this point in his recovery he is not emotionally stable enough to deal with this situation."
The source added, "Jacqueline can't believe Kate's mom was there, but she wasn't invited."
Jacqueline isn't the only person who doesn't approve of the couple marrying. Kate's close friends actress Davinia Taylor and James Brown met last week to discuss Kate's "mad" relationship with Pete, while Sadie Frost was shocked to hear her best friend had seemingly wed Pete in Thailand.
The source added, "Kate asked Sadie to go to Amanpuri with her but never mentioned the blessing plan. All Kate's crowd think she's mad to commit to Pete but she was determined to prove this relationship is serious and he does love her."
