Lindsay Lohan's home away from home may be rehab, but for her mother it is the courtroom.
Dina Lohan, the woman seen frequently partying with her then-underage daughter, has spent much of the last month in courtrooms fighting with her ex-husband. And now she is getting sued.
Las Vegas music mogul Antonia Almeida has filed court documents against Dina claiming that she has failed to repay $400,000.
According to reports, Antonia paid for Lindsay to record songs before she had a record deal. Some of the money was used to pay for recording with Emilio Estefan.
However, Lindsay was soon signed to Casablanca Records with Tommy Motola and the previous recordings were forgotten about.
Antonia's lawyer, A. Raymon Hamrick, said, "My clients were out their money."
Dina's hardworking legal representation responded, "You mean the funds he claimed he lent her?"
Dina has recently been reunited with her daughter who will also soon be spending a chuck of her time in courtrooms after her second DUI.
