Jesse Metcalfe is really stretching his "Desperate Housewives" paychecks.

The actor, who hasn't been employed as an actor since his film 'classic' "John Tucker Must Die," is still spending his hard earned money on alcohol - despite spending time in rehab for alcoholism in early 2007.

Like Lindsay Lohan, Jesse has spent many of his post rehab days partying and making headlines for his antics, not his work.

Recently, the still hunky actor was seen partying during the day around Miami's Shore Club. According to the New York Post's Page Six, Jesse turned his attention to "three married women from New York. Jesse spent the afternoon ordering drinks with the ladies...and then walked out on the tab."

The unsavory behavior continued when Jesse and his entourage were booking into the Hotel Catalina in Miami. The star assistant, possibly under orders from the boss, was rude to the hotel staff before the party had even started.

A source said, "The assistant went right up to the reception desk and said, 'Let me see Jesse's room before I decide if Jesse is going to stay in this [bleep]ing hotel.' Everyone was staring."

Jesse then kept his party going for three days.
