The "Wild Things" actress - who is romancing one-time friend Locklear's estranged husband and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora - has reportedly put her six-bedroom mansion, located next to Heather's house, on the market.
Richards - who is locked in a bitter divorce battle with Charlie Sheen - bought the 7,4000 square foot property last year, but now feels she cannot stay because of the disintegration of her friendship with the 'Scrubs' actress.
According to "Entertainment Tonight," the brunette has already purchased a new Los Angeles home for her and her two daughters, two-year-old Sam and one-year-old Lola, far away from her love rival.
Richards recently defended her relationship with Sambora, insisting she and Locklear were never close friends.
She said at the time: "People have gone, 'Would you date your best friend's husband?' You know, she wasn't my best friend. She was a close friend in the last couple of years."
