Denise Richards has officially dropped the Sheen off her last name. Richards won a judgment on Friday which allowed her to legally change her surname back to Richards. The actress took the name when she wed Sheen back in 2002.

Richards' bitter divorce to actor Charlie Sheen was finalized in 2006. The couple has since been involved in a nasty custody battle over their two daughters, three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

Richards is taking every step to remove Sheen from her life, including visiting a tattoo parlor over the weekend to have the tattoo "Charlie" on her ankle changed to the tattoo of a fairy.

Sheen is currently starring the in the CBS comedy sitcom "Two and a Half Men" while Richards, 37, will be starring in her own reality show on E! next summer.

The new reality show has drawn public criticism by her former father-in-law, Martin Sheen, who said Richards is making "a mistake" by turning her home life into the basis of the show.
