The 'Wild Things' actress was caught kissing and cuddling with the guitarist at Le Cafe in the Westlake Village, near Los Angeles on Saturday (4/22/06), according to People magazine.

The two reportedly arrived at Le Cafe in the Westlake Village neighborhood outside Los Angeles in separate cars, but didn't stay separate for long. After meeting in the parking lot, the two are said to have kissed then walked hand-in-hand, smiling and chatting as they entered the restaurant.

In the documents, Denise says Charlie gambled daily during their three year marriage, popped painkillers, and surfed the internet for questionable porn sites. The actress alleges that when she confronted her husband about his problems, he verbally abused her and threatened her life if she went ahead with plans to expose the extent of his obsessions.

It isn't the first time the screen beauty has shown interest in a music career. Last year, she penned a song to raise money for the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
