Former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres has written a self-help book that reveals how she coped with her own divorce from Jennifer Lopez's husband, Marc Anthony.
The beauty queen, who married the singer in 2000, is sharing her experience on how she picked up the pieces after her split from him in "Married to Me: How Committing to Myself Led to Triumph After Divorce."
Marc Anthony married the "If You Had My Love" singer four days after his divorce with Dayanara became final in 2004.
As quoted by pr-inside.com, the 33-year-old said, "Until my divorce, my life was like a fairytale. I guess I wrote this book to remind woman that this can happen to anyone. Even skinny beauty queens."
However, the book, which she co-wrote with sister Jeannette, doesn't mention Marc Anthony and J. Lo's names. She explains that the book doesn't give juicy details about the couple and that it only has to do with her pain.
Dayanara and Marc Anthony has two sons together, 7-year-old Christian Anthony and 4-year-old Ryan Anthony.
