David Hasselhoff says the only bad thing about winning custody is someone has to lose.

The former alcoholic, who recently had a videotaped relapse, was given full physical custody of his two teenage daughters after a lengthy and bitter battle with his ex-wife Pamela Bach.

Pamela, however, will have the girls, Taylor-Ann and Hayley, every second weekend and Wednesday nights for dinner.

Former "Baywatch" star David told Ryan Seacrest on the radio, "It was a bitter sweet victory more than anything because my kids just want to move on; they love their mom, they love their dad; they just wanna get it over with..."

The Hoff admits that he was relieved that his relapse wasn't used against him. The star's daughter, Taylor-Ann, was the one who filmed the incident that featured David on the ground drunk.

He said, "That wasn't supposed to come out; that was a private moment... that happens in anyone's life. That should never been exploited like that, especially when your children are involved."

Reports have already surfaced, accusing David of celebrating his custody win with a hard night out with a bottle of vodka.
