Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham may be two of the most famous celebrity children in the world, but that does not mean that their parents are willing to let them become international models.
Ralph Lauren has advertised their children's range in a press release by claiming that the two tots wore the label's blazers. However, Victoria and David did not give the company permission to use their kids as a selling tool and are reportedly livid that their sons are being exploited.
A source told Britain's The Mirror newspaper, "Victoria and David are fiercely protective of their three sons and went apoplectic when they discovered what Ralph Lauren had done. Neither of them gave their consent for this - as far as they were concerned they went to a friend's private christening with their kids. It's one thing if they are on the red carpet or at a showbiz bash, but this is just ridiculous - and totally irresponsible."
Ralph Lauren has since apologized for the mistake, releasing a new press e-mail to right the wrong.
The statement said, "With reference to the information below please be aware that this was not circulated with the co-operation of the Beckhams, and attention to the children is not endorsed."
