Britney Spears allegedly threatened to kill a photographer.
Flynet paparazzo Andrew Deetz claims he was attacked by Britney and her bodyguard, Julio "J.C." Camera outside a Las Vegas hotel on July 26.
Deetz, who denies Britney's claims he accidentally hit her 22-month-old son Sean Preston, insists he was at a safe distance from Britney and her son outside the Wynn hotel when Camera launched an unprovoked attack.
He says he was grabbed from behind, thrown on the floor and kicked and punched in the head and body.
The photographer claims Britney then ran towards him, threw a baby bottle at him and shouted, "I am going to kill you! I am going to f***ing kill you!"
Deetz says the 25-year-old singer warned him to get a restraining order against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone to do it, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Britney allegedly tried to physically attack Deetz in front of bystanders and hotel guests but was restrained by a Wynn hotel security guard.
The Wynn hotel called the police, saying there had been an incident with a "high profile guest".
Las Vegas police have charged Camera with misdemeanor battery.
