Sam Lutfi was served a 22-day restraining order by the Los Angeles Court, following a declaration by Britney Spears' parents that the 33-year old manager has drugged and took control of the singer's life.
The singer's mother, Lynne, claimed that on January 28, a few days before Spears was admitted at the UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric ward, she and Jamie went to Spears' Beverly Hills home to find her crying after a fight with Lufti.
She further claimed that Spear's manager told the singer that she is an unfit mother and that she does not deserve her kids.
Lynne declared that Lufti told a friend that he was grinding the singer's pills and has been putting them in her food to keep Spears under control.
Lynne said, "He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her in a sleep-induced coma, so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain."
She also asserted that Lufti made threats saying if they try to get rid of him, Spears will be dead and that he'll piss on her grave.
The restraining order was released on Tuesday, ordering Lufti to stay 250 yards away from Spears.
