Christina Aguilera's new son Max has inspired her to write a new album. The 'Dirrty' singer - who gave birth to her first child Max Liron with husband Jordan Bratman on January 12 - says motherhood is taking her music in another direction.
She said: "I'm very excited! I'm so inspired at the moment. This whole incredible thing that's taken place in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth - I've got so much in me to write about.
"This next record, I want to have a lot of fun with it. I've been brainstorming for the last nine months of my pregnancy. This next album will have a whole new me. A different me."
Christina spoke to KIIS-FM host Ryan Seacrest about the baby's bris a traditional Jewish naming and circumcision ceremony.
She said: "I'm not Jewish, my husband is. I really had no idea about the bris. It was a very sweet experience. We had a lot of close friends come over and experience the bris with us. "But we're such a non-conventional couple - we put penis balloons up everywhere!"
Christina is to make her first post-birth appearance at a Hollywood DVD signing tonight (06.02.08).
