Chris Rock has asked a court to determine whether he is the father of a teenage boy alleged to be his.

The comic star has filed papers seeking to settle the paternity dispute started by journalist Kali Bowyer - who claims her 13-year-old son is the result of a fling with the star.

Chris Rock will take a DNA test to determine whether he is the father of a 13-year-old boy.

Kali Bowyer filed a paternity suit against Rock in Georgia's Superior Courtlast month claiming he was the father of her son Jordan.

With past hosts of the Academy Awards used the time on stage to play off the star audience, Ellen DeGeneres' approach to the gig has been labeled as "safe" by some critics.

While the comedienne and talk-show host did not go as risque as previous hosts such as Jon Stewart, Chris Rock and Steve Martin, DeGeneres says the experience was more nerve-wracking than she initially anticipated.

Rapper Ludacris has the gall to dis the queen of everything, Oprah Winfrey. The rapper/actor was not a happy camper when he went on "The Oprah Show" to promote "Crash," the Academy Award winning film which he appeared. According to Luda, he was severely edited because Oprah has a strict rule of not promoting rap or rappers.

"She edited out a lot of my comments while keeping her own in," Ludacris said in an interview. "Of course, it's her show, but we were doing a show on racial discrimination, and she gave me a hard time as a rapper when I came on there as an actor. I don't see why people like Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle, who I am huge fans of, it's OK for them to go on "Oprah." They speak the same language as I do, but they do it through comedy, so I guess that's acceptable."
